Conor O'Shea's story is reminiscent of many a young high-performance athelete whose own physical well-being ended up being collateral damage to the brutal demands of his passion.

Facing chronic pain challenges in his 20s that were tough enough to have him contemplate leaving a career in the fitness industry, his pivotal decision in 2013 to seek out experts worldwide, learning from yogis in Mysore and more mature and experienced mentors led to a rejuvenation that left him feeling a decade younger in his 30s.

Conor's message is simple: it's normal to face these hurdles, and with the right training and personalized approach, most of us can overcome them.

In this conversation, we talk about universal approaches to building sustainable strategies that are actually effective in long-term problem-solving and upskilling. Including more unassuming factors like time management, understanding recovery, and redefining our personal story.
